Pricing & Project Planning

Most projects don’t fit into a one-size-fits-all package. Pricing is based on the type of coverage, how the images will be used, and the scope of the project. This page is meant to provide a general starting point and help determine whether we’re a good fit.

What Pricing Is Based On

  • Type of project (hospitality, architecture, events, portraits)

  • Scope and duration of coverage

  • Intended usage (marketing, listings, press, long-term content)

  • Access, timing, and complexity

  • Deliverables and turnaround

Typical Project Ranges

Architecture & Real Estate

  • Most projects fall between $400–$1,200 depending on property size, access, and documentation needs.

Brand & Business Content

  • Brand content projects often range from $600–$1,500 depending on deliverables and usage.

Live Events & Experiences

  • Event coverage generally begins around $250, with pricing based on duration, access, and post-event usage.

Modeling & Headshots

  • Headshot and portrait sessions typically start at $250, with options based on session length and final image needs.

Exact pricing is always confirmed after a short conversation.

Not Sure Where Your Project Fits?

Many projects don’t fit neatly into a single category. The easiest way to get an accurate estimate is a short conversation about your goals, timeline, and how the images will be used.
